Previous post was about which products cause acne and it's better to avoid them. So in today's post I'll present short list of food which make your skin beautiful, soft and supple.

1) Avocado
Avocado is good source of biotin and prevents dry skin.
 
So it's a very good idea to pit the fruit, puree the pulp, and pat it on face. The oil acts as an emollient. Avocado also contains beneficial vitamin E.

2) Green Tea
In a study published in the Journal of Nutrition in 2011, people who drank a green tea rich in polyphenols (which stop formation of free radicals) daily for 12 weeks had skin more elastic and smooth. 

3) Water
Water keeps skin hydrated- so more plump and less wrinkled.

  1. I was hoping that you could eat avocados to have better skin. Making a facial mask of them is much less satisfying. Don't they contain some healthy oils or fats?
