Previous posts were about how food influence on our mood, but food can also affect on our look, on complexion, hair and nails. 

In today's post I'm gonna show you products which better to avoid to not have problems with acne.

AVOID:

1) Dairy

Not everyone will notice skin changes after eating for example cheese, but a large group of people does.There is a confirmed link between consuming dairy and acne.

2) Spicy food

Spicy food raise your body temperature, dilate blood vessels, which may irritate your skin.

3) Sugar 

Food high in sugar and carbs can promote acne.

  1. When I was a teenager, chocolate was blacklisted as a factor triggering acne. Milk and other dairy products were actually considered healthy and good for your skin. Who knows what else will cause acne in the next few decades!
