Not only chocolate and other sweets makes us happy but there's a lot of healthier products than candies, which also influence on our mood in a good way. 

In today's post I want to present 3 healthy and tasty food, that is scientifically proven to make you happier. 

1) Strawberries, oranges, mango
These fruits are high in vitamine C, so they influence on our immune system and mood- they decrease depressive states. 

2) Celery 
Scientist found out that, celery has chemical substance, which decrease level of stress in organism. So it helps feel more relaxed.

3) Barley groats
Barley groats is high in complex carbohydrates, which help in serotonin (hormone  of hapiness) production.

  1. I wonder if the celery has to be eaten raw to have this effect. When cooked, does it lose this particular property?
