There is more and more research indicating that, in some ways, food has a big influence on our behavior and mood. How does it work? Why is it so important to pay attention of what we eat actually?
I decided to write a few posts about what kind of products you should be interessted in and which one should be avoided to make yourself happier.
Blood sugar level is one of primary factor, which affects our appetite. When it is low, brain cells send signal "I'm hungry" to the brain. When it gets lower and lower we are more and more hungry, and our humour getting worse. Hunger influences our mood in a well known way - we're anxious, angry. So what we should eat to feel the opposite?
Food support transport hormones to the brain and that's why after eat something we have a good or a bad mood, feel exicted or depressed. For example chocolate increases the amount of endorphin (happiness hormones) and puts us in a magnificant mood. This is one of reasons why we love chocolate and other candies so much. Beef fight with stress hormone- cortisol, which in excess could causes memory loss. So we feel more relaxed after eating. Joghurt has a lot of calcium and because of that neurotransmitters responsible for well-being go to the brain, and we became happier.

OdpowiedzUsuńSome parts of your post are hard to understand: "Food support transport hormones", "after eat something we have a good or a bad mood". Weren't they thoughtlessly translated from Polish?
